Hills Hamper Collective – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Hills Hamper Collective, we create hampers to delight and inspire. Because some hampers include perishable items, these cannot be returned.
Hampers Eligible for Return
Hampers that do not contain perishable or personalised items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition. Please contact us at hello@hillshampercollective.com.au to arrange a return. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your hamper arrives damaged or contains a faulty item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at hello@hillshampercollective.com.au. We may request a photo to assess the issue. We will then offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
DeliveryÂ
We understand that there may be circumstances in which you ask us to leave your hamper in a specific and safe location. While we will always follow your instructions, we cannot accept responsibility for any stolen, lost, or damaged goods once the hamper has been left at the designated location. By requesting unattended delivery, you agree to release Hills Hamper Collective from any liability for the item after it has been delivered.
Your Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees remedies for faulty or unsafe goods.
