Shipping policy

Processing Time
All hampers are handmade to order. We aim to prepare orders within 24 hours, but please allow 1–3 business days for processing before delivery or pickup. Custom or personalised hampers may take a little longer.

Delivery
We currently offer local delivery within a limited radius of Ferny Hills, as well as pickup from Ferny Hills.

Local Delivery
Delivery fees are based on distance from our Ferny Hills location:

• $5.00 delivery for addresses within 10km

• $10.00 delivery for addresses between 10km–20km

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Pickup
You are welcome to collect your hamper from our Ferny Hills location. We will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Lost or Delayed Items
While we carefully package all hampers, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost items caused by the delivery service. Please contact us if your hamper does not arrive as expected, and we will do our best to assist.
